Hello,
I just bought the pro version of the plugin. I use the shortcodes on my page: [Link Redacted by Trevorsf]
I have a very strange bug: some <br> are inserted :
– in the search form (right after the “catégories” heading
– above and inside the resultsBut when I apply a filter (using ajax), everything becomes normal (the <br> disappear).
I really like the plugin but my page looks awful when a filter isn’t applied yet.
Ross Moderator(Private) March 21, 2016 at 9:46 am #39964Hey there
Its strange the br tags are being added before search, but not after – it seems like it could possibly be some sort of filter on
the_content
or something similar.aelthen, I assuming you’ve customised the results template, can you try using the default and see if there is any similar issue?
Daniel, have you customised your template following:
And get the same issue? If not, please open a new ticket.
Thanks

A new name to the forum (me) as I come on board to the Design & Code team. I am going to take this problem on and try to resolve it for you. I think I am going to need to take a look at your WP admin pages to see what is going on. Is it possible for you to send me admin logins and the login url? You can do this either by send a reply here, but in the settings mark it as Private (only moderators [Ross and I] can see) or I can send an email to you directly for you to reply to.

Nothing personnal, but I really don’t like the idea to give admin rights to someone else.
I found another bug when using ajax: new articles won’t appear unless the browser’s cache is deleted.
So I guess I will have to do without it.I think I can bypass those 2 problems if I don’t use ajax and adapt the results template so it looks good when <br> are inserted.
I’ll still have a problem with the <br> in the search form. Is it possible to modify it like the results.php file ? Could you tell me which file I need to look into ?
Anonymous(Private) March 21, 2016 at 2:45 pm #40018I’m not using SiteOrigin PageBuilder, I’m using profitbuilder lite.
We can do something on skype, if you’ll pardon my english (I’m french).
I’ve adapted the results.php (I’ve added some margin-top:-30px everywhere) so that the results looks good.
If you could tell me how to modify the search form (maybe with some custom css ?) I think it will be OK.
