Hi there,
Hopefully you can shed some light on an issue we’re having. The plugin has been working fine on the site since its launch a year or so ago, however, 2 weeks ago the results stopped working. We haven’t been able to determine what the cause is yet.
When searching, we get “no results found”
Pagination does not appear to be working
It was working in WP 4.3.3 and plugin version 1.4.0 but it is not working in wp 4.4.2 and plugin v 2.1.2
We’ve tried turning off AJAX and changing the settings and custom archive pages, but nothing appears to be working.
One thing to note is that on the license page, the button shows “activate license” so I don’t know if there is an issue with the license checking or not. In order to test it though, I have not only renewed the existing license, but I purchased a brand new license and put it in the license page. however, I’m getting the same “activate license” button
Hopefully you can help quickly on this. We’ve been trying to get this to work for a couple of weeks but nothing is working. The page where the plugin is implemented is here: http://www.greentourismcanada.ca/green-network/
