    Hi,

    I am having a problem when going to update the plugin. I’ve put License Key. But my plugin still at version 1.1.8. How do I update the plugin?

    Hey Fearvector, the update should just appear in your plugins page, like any other update…

    I’ve just emailed you the latest version from my hotmail so you can update that way – if by any chance CURL is not enabled on your server then this may be why you are not getting the automatic updates in the Dashboard.

    Hi Ross,

    Thanks for the newest version plugin. But i still have a problem. When i filter one category, it always shows all categories. for your information, i’m not using AJAX in my website. and the theme is Avada.
    could you help me, please.

    Hey Fearvector apologies its been a bank holiday here in the uk which means no one went to work for the last 3 days, I’ll be going through all the support ticket backlog today and hopefully get some answers a little later on.

    FYI, there is another user experiencing issues with this same theme so hopefully once I solve the problem for one of you it will work for both 🙂

    I can’t remember (I have a lot of emails to look through), did you email me access to your site? If not do you want to give me login details so I can take a look around?

    Hey Fearvector, until Ross is able to help you out, you might try selecting “use custom template” and entering “archive.php” as the template to use. I’m an Avada user too and this worked for me after 4 days of banging my head against the wall. 🙂
