    I was hoping with the latest update that I would finally be able to get the Ajax searching to work, but even with the new shortcode usage in place, it’s still not responding to input on the form at all. Is this something that other people are also experiencing? Will there be another update?

    Any idea what’s going on here? I’m really stumped. Looking through the code, it doesn’t look like the trigger events are set at all for my forms (there seems to be a bunch of “on change” events commented out in search-filter-ajax.js). Literally nothing happens when I click the form elements.

    Also, I’ve noticed 2 other issues:
    1. The results shortcode is returning draft posts
    2. You previously specified a way to return only posts within a certain category (https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/limiting-search-results-to-a-specific-category/), which I’ve implemented, but doesn’t work with the new version. Is there a better place to hook this function where it will work with the update?

    Nevermind, I went back to the old usage, it was much easier to go from there than deal with the long list of issues caused by the update.

    Hey Jennifer its been a bank holiday here in the UK so I’ve taken the last few days off work.

    Regarding your points above, (1) will be fixed in the next update, and (2) does not work with the new Ajax functionality – however one of the most pressing features I wish to add is to allow this functionality all within the admin interface – so no more adding in hooks to set this up should be much easier!
