    Hi Trisha

    You can always download the latest version from your account:

    https://www.designsandcode.com/account/

    In terms of updating – to keep S&F data in tact the best procedure is as follows:

    1) Disabled S&F (do not remove!)
    2) Remove S&F via FTP
    3) Upload new S&F files
    4) Enable S&F

    As long as you don’t remove it, and you disable the plugin before removing the files, you should be fine to upgrade this way.

    Sorry for the update issues, they seem to be widespread atm which I am fighting with my host to resolve… :/

    Many thanks Ross – I am feeling like an idiot for not realizing I could download it via my account login, I must have simply overlooked it. I did follow your instructions (thank you) and all is good now – the manual update went very smoothly. 🙂
