I’ve just had a look and you’re right,

When you save the form, those quotation marks are stored, and then are displayed on the front end, but they are stripped out in the admin area

I’ll have to check why that is, probably some sanitizing function.

From my testing just now, regular quotations – " works ok, but left and right quotes do not “, ”
