    Hi,

    I recently transferred our website to another hosting provider and I received an error while trying to update even though the license is verified. I tried deactivating and reactivating and it still isn’t working. How do I reset this so that our license key works again?

    You need to disable your active license from the admin menu on your original host, or alternatively disable the active license via Your Account -> view licenses -> manage sites
