Do you see any error messages when you access Search & Filter admin menu ?
I think there will be some displayed at the top.
Please also make sure you update to the latest version of S&F (2.1.2)
Thanks

thanks for the answer.
Plugin updated just now to 2.1.2, before was 2.1.1
No errors displayed in the admin menu.
results type displayed : Products as suggested from plugin support for woocommerce.
Honestly I cannot understand why…Let me know if you think to something else…
Ross Moderator(Private) February 4, 2016 at 11:37 pm #36280Hey Fabio
Well lets try to eliminate other options first then.
1) Usually, getting no results is caused by some incorrect settings in the tabs
Tags, Categories & Taxonomies
andPost Meta
.So empty all the settings in these tabs out, and try again – what happens with the results?
2) If this does not work can you disabled Ajax?
3) Delete the Search Form & create again, change only the minimum settings required and save (such as post types and fields) – test again.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) February 10, 2016 at 9:59 am #36629Hi Ross,
sorry for the late answer.
I did everything you suggested me with the same results.1- all those tabs are empty
2- Ajax disabled
3- done a lot of timesThe form display results only if I show “as an archive” and not as “woocommerce shop”.
So the all form works correctly, instead is the display method that’s not.
Unfortunately I need to display as woocommerce shop to be coherent with my layout.I hope you have other suggestions, otherwise my first option is a TeamViewer connection
Thanks again,

Then I think there must be something else that is running on the WooCommerce shop that is causing a conflict.
Are you using any other widgets on the shop?
Try disabling your other plugins and testing S&F with WooCommerce again.
Also can you tell me the version of WP, S&F & WooCommerce you are using?
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) February 10, 2016 at 1:19 pm #36650Yes, sure:
wordpress 4.4.2
woocommerce 2.4.10
S&F 2.1.2I think the same thing. My woocommerce is deeply customized, with a lot of routine written by me and any plugins.
Now I try to disable 1by1 and I let you know.
But unfortunately I need all these plugins for my developments.I let you know as soon as I have a detailed answer.
Bye
