    I would like to request a refund on the plugin please as it does not do what I need it to and style wise it will not work with my theme.

    Hi Jo

    We only provide refunds if something is not working with S&F.

    That being said, I think you are just missing some documentation.

    If you are using the shortcode, then you can see how to customise your results here:

    You have complete flexibility to make your results appear however you wish, using the same techniques used throughout WP for creating templates.

    If you want something that looks more like your theme out of the box, you could try the Archive display method – see the comparison of each method here:

    OK I will just have to accept the loss then. As it wasn’t possible to use it with projects in the way I wanted to.

    Out of curiosity – what was the issue?

    Did we advertise it could do something that it could not? Or was the actual experience different from the demo video & online demos? Of course we strive to give the most accurate reflection of functionality & features as possible – but if this needs improving I’m all ears.

    If you were trying to achieve similar functionality as to what has been advertised, I’m pretty sure I could guide you through the setup.
