Business Directory support - Search & Filter Support

Dear support,
Please I found that the plugin doesn’t support Business directory plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/business-directory-plugin/), It deactivate the advanced search in this plugin, and when I create new form(of your plugin) for this section, I found that it doesn’t support it. this is the page of business directory plugin in my website: http://www.uacciap.org/business-directory/

What do you mean it doesn’t support it?

Do you have a link, or can you create a test search form somewhere on the site that I can look at?

Business Directory Search , It doesn’t get its categories and tags(this plugin has it’s own categories and tags), , and this image is screen shot from what I had done in admin part , I included all directory categories and tags, and It doesn’t appeared.

Hey there

Just so you know, for S&F to include all the options in the fields, you do not need to “include” – you can leave this empty.

Anyway, just for testing please do the following:

1) Delete all your settings from the screenshot above (or create a new search form just for testing, if you wish to keep these settings saved somewhere) – so empty the tab Tags, Categories & Taxonomies

2) Also delete anything in the Post Meta tab

3) In the general tab, can you make sure “Auto count” is enabled.

4) In each of your fields, make sure “show count” is enabled, and “hide empty” is disabled.

Let me know when you have done all that.

Business Directory, this is the page now after done what you said, it gets all categories of my posts and the tags of my posts too, and nothing get from categories of business directory or it’s tags. ,

Thanks for that, all looks correct now.

I feel that there maybe a filter or some code on your site that could be affecting the S&F query too, causing no results…

Can you create a new search form, and follow the steps here?

This example uses the shortcode display method – which I know you don’t want. But I want to create this test, a new form, using this display method to help in identifying the cause of your issue.

Can you add those directory fields as well as dropdowns?

With auto count enabled, and the previous settings mentioned (show count = on, hide empty = off)
