    We have installed the plugin and setup everything as directed and we don’t get any search results. All we get are the same products being shown no matter what you search for.

    Well it sort of works. The search will work, but not if I’m logged in as an administrator.

    The other features like taxonomy, post meta don’t seem to work at all. Even after the cache has entirely built.

    Hey Mitchell

    This sounds seriously like you have some custom code or another plugin interferring with the search results.

    Especially the fact that when logged in as an admin gives you a different experience – this definitely sounds like some custom code/plugin issue.

    Can you test on a local / clean install and let me know that is working?

    Then you will have to identify what is causing the error, which I can help with to some extent.
