    Hi,

    I setup a couple of filters to start testing and the results don’t modify when a filter is selected.

    It looks like you haven’t correctly added the “results URL” setting in the “display results” tab.

    Hi Ross,

    Thanks for your help.

    So I checked the settings and I have it set as following:

    Display results method:
    “Woocommerce Shop”

    Load results using Ajax? “yes”
    Make searches bookmarkable? “no”
    Only use Ajax on the results page? “yes”

    Scroll window to: “Top of Page” on All
    Results Container: “#content”
    Pagination selector “.pagination a”

    How should I have the page setup?

    It looks like S&F is detecting your homepage as your shop page, which I do not believe is correct:

    http://newctg.countertopguides.com/shop/

    Do you have some kind of setting enabled which allows woocommerce on your homepage?

    Hi Ross,

    I set-up http://newctg.countertopguides.com/products.html to be the default woocommerce store. However, when I do this there are no products found. I went ahead and deactivated the plugin and the products re-appeared on the page. I then reactivated the plugin and again no products found.

    I did rebuild the cache but that didn’t work.

    What’s next?
