    Hi, we are using the plugin in this page https://bigideaventures.com/portfolio/. It was working until the previous version. But after the upgrade to the latest plugin version, the filters are not working. The results are not fetched based on the selection.

    We have tried deactivating all the plugins and tried, but still it didnt work.

    Can you please look into this and let us know what could be the issue?

    I think I can see why. You are using our old method to integrate with Elementor Pro, which uses the ‘Custom’ display results method and some custom JavaScript. You will need to remove that JavaScript, and the filter_next_query shortcode from the page, and change the display results method to a new one.

    Instead you now need to use our extension for Elementor Pro, which can be installed after clicking the big blue button (you need to be logged in to see it) at the top of the guide page (to download the installation file):

    And then follow the instructions carefully, as it requires changes to the form AND the Elementor Posts widget setup.

    To add our filters to the page, there is a widget (type in ‘search’ in the widget bar and you will see it).

    Is there a way to show HTML based content for “Show Not Found Content”. Because, right now when the drop down is set to Simple Text, it works, the text content shows. But when we choose “Saved Section” and choose the template, then that template content is not showing.

    Any idea?

    This is the condition for which there is no records. And we need to place a link when no matching posts is found.

    As you can see, the link is showing as normal text, instead of hyperlink.

    This is because you cannot place html in that message, as it can lead to to security issues. We have asked Elementor if they can support this feature, but we are waiting for them. There is not a lot we can do in the meantime, sorry.
