    Hello,

    Our products + search filter on this page (https://elevationmedicalsupply.com/ostomy/) is only showing one category of products (Ostomy Accessories) when we have multiple categories selected. It was all working good one day and then stopped working the next day. All of our other shop pages with search and filter are working as they should.

    Do you have any insights on what may have happened? I have worked on solving this for a few days with no luck. Please let me know if you need any login information.

    Ah, I see. Many issues. First, the Post grid plugin has changed and we no longer officially support it. As you are using Divi, there are two methods you could use instead:

    #1 We now support the Divi Builder Post modules with a special extension. The link (a blue button) to download it is at the top of this guide (which you also need to read and carefully follow):

    OR

    #2 We have our own grid/layout plugin. Please see this post:
