Hello,
I discovered a bug, and I was hoping there was a solution I am unaware of. I am using the Lazy Load plugin by WP Rocket for my website. When the Lazy Load plugin is enabled, the filter result are not pulling in the featured image. I don’t want to have to disable lazy loading to make filtering work. Is there a setting I am missing that will play nice with lazy loading. I have to assume, since this is quite a popular and recommended performance update, that this has been thought about before today.
Please advise.
It is not a bug as such, but the lazyload plugin doesn’t know to check again if images need to be loaded. You would need to contact the lazyload plugin author and ask for the fadein code (fadein is the function that jQuery lazyload uses, assuming that is what the plugin is using) needed to be added in the commented line below:
