I can see that there are similar issues in the forum with caching. My client site, a charity providing holidays for carers, is having an issue with the search results only showing after vigorous screen refreshing. Not a viable option for site users of course.

Version 2.0.1 is installed. I do have an old backed up version. Would it be an easy matter to revert to the older one?

This is an urgent matter for my clients.

Thanks.

Hey Janice

Would you be able to reference the similar issues? It might be quicker to for me to find a solution.

Do you have a link I could look at?

Thanks

Yes. The other reference is ‘Problem Site Slow and Internal Server Error’.

The site link is http://www.carersholidays.org.uk/independent-providers/

Hi,

Sorry to ask but is there any help yet? My client’s site is seriously impaired and for a charity that is crucial.

Can you tell me how to revert to an older version of your plugin safely. An old cloned side on my local server works fine whereas the cloned version of the present one has the same problem as the live one.

Thanks.
Janice

Oh joy! It works.

Thanks so much. I am sure this was a lot of work you had to do.

Much appreciated.
