No results found (using Elementor, Woocommerce, ACF and Ele Custom Skin)

I am using the “Posts” element in Elementor to display products on a category page. I am using the “Posts” element rather than “Products” because I am using a custom template for the loop created with Ele Custom Skin.

My products have some numerical values (diameter, height) associated with them stored as custom fields (not as Woocommerce attributes). I created these with ACF. I have created a range filter for these values.

I am using your plugin for Elementor. I followed this tutorial: https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/3rd-party/elementor/

When the page loads, I see “no results found”. When I play around with the sliders, putting in various values, it doesn’t help: still no results.

If we can make this conversation private, I will also send you the URL and screenshots.
