Hi,
Something weird is happening when you first click on the search button or even when I enabled the auto submit form.
Here’s the page where the plugin is being used. http://stagenexttop.wpengine.com/athlete-profiles/
If you try to do a search, on the first attempt, the page reloads, and then the logo goes missing.
Even if I click any of the pages from the nav menu, the logo won’t re-appear unless I go to the home page and click the “VIEW ALL NEXT TOP RECRUITS” button there. The page will go to this page http://stagenexttop.wpengine.com/athlete-profiles/ again and then the logo will display again.
If I don’t enable this option “Only use Ajax on the results page?”, nothing is happening on the results page. It’s not recognizing the search terms I’m choosing from the dropdown.

I tried but do not see this behavior.
HOWEVER. Both links you gave me are http, and the site and form are https?
That may be it. What you are seeing is typically caused by a ‘CORS’ sharing issue.
You need to set up an automatic re-direct on the site to https.
