How can I display an event in the search once, only on the day it is scheduled?

== Example ==
Today is Monday, 30th November, 2020.
Two events are currently scheduled with the dates:
Mon, Jan 11, 2021 – Mon, Feb 08, 2021
Tue, Jan 12, 2021 – Fri, Feb 05, 2021

The events page has two columns – search on the left and events list on the right.
Left:

== Current Result ==
In events list the events appear twice – as scheduled and starting the 30th November:
Mon, Nov 30, 2020 – Mon, Feb 08, 2021
Mon, Nov 30, 2020 – Fri, Feb 05, 2021
Mon, Jan 11, 2021 – Mon, Feb 08, 2021
Tue, Jan 12, 2021 – Fri, Feb 05, 2021

I tried to play with the settings but the events still appear twice. The issue only occurs when using Search & Filter plugin. Please advise.
