Hi there,
We’d like to change the primary email address on our account to web@designaction.org. Right now, there are two email addresses on the account, one of which we’d like to remove entirely (ria@designaction.org). Please let me know if there’s anything we need to do to make this change.

Thanks for the reply!
Yes, this is exactly the issue I’m having. I want to add a new email address and can’t see how to so so on the account settings page.
We’d like to add web@ as opposed or in addition to sarah@ or ria@.
The current options are to choose between two old ones.
How do we add a new one?
Thanks
I think we need to review these systems, you should be able to do this yourself.
I’ve gone ahead and done that for you anyway – does all look ok?
Best
