Dear Trevor,
We are thinking now to switch to a vertical template. If I do it vertical, so my search and filter is in the top of the page and then some results, so the page looks empty. How to do it on the left side is search and filter and on the right site of the page to have results?

Is it possible to have in the results photo and near it text?

To place form and results side by side either the theme needs to have a sidebar facility, and for the page to be set to use the sidebar (but in themes that often places the form on every page).
To create the ‘look’ of that page you show, unless you have very good coding skills and a lot of free time, it would be better to use a Page Builder that can offer that flexibility. Elementor can do this, IF you also have Elementor Pro and Ele Custom Skins (most likely need the Pro version also).
We do support Elementor Pro, and, for the most part Ele Custom Skins works as well (but we cannot guarantee this).
