    For some strange reason I don’t seem to be able to add a new filter. Whenever I do, something is removed – trying to add a post meta filter and it removes everything below it. After that I can only add non-post-meta filters.

    Any ideas?

    The problem is most likely to be that the PHP variable max_input_vars is too low on your server (by default PHP has this set at 1000, but WordPress often needs way more, like 5000-10000, sometimes a lot more). You will need to refer to your host, or their online help/documentation/knowledge base on how to change this. You can check what it is set at here:
