    Hi, I have installed this plugin on a client’s site in two different pages:

    The first time we used it worked very well, but today it’s not working properly. It’s refreshing the page only. Maybe I’m missing something.

    Could you help me?

    Hi Victor. Always best to start your own thread, so I have converted your post in to a new thread for you.

    I can see that the form is not correctly setup as it is set to Custom display method.

    We now have a free additional extension for Elementor Pro, which you should download (if you are logged in) from top of this guide page:

    https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/3rd-party/elementor/

    Please read the guide carefully, as the old method you had to have a filter_next_query shortcode, some javascript, and set it to custom mode, none of which are now used (all built in to the extension).

    This will require a few changes to the form and the page setup, but will work much better than the way it is currently setup.
