    Hello,

    We are experiencing the same problem as https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/cant-update-plugin-8/ and https://support.searchandfilter.com/forums/topic/cant-update-plugin-11/#post-257869

    For some reason, whenever I post a comment to the latter of the two forum topics, it eventually gets deleted, so I am starting my own topic here.

    Our site is currently running version 2.5.0, and we received the same exact message when attempting to update: “Update failed: download failed. Unauthorized”

    We have a single site license that is active. I went to the license page for the plugin, as you suggested, but I am unable to deactivate the license. Each time I try, the page refreshes and shows that it is still active.

    I also tried deactivating the plugin, and then reactivating, and when I reactivated it, the option to update no longer existed. I had to purge caches and sign out of the site and back in to see the update option again, which continues to fail every time I try updating it.

    We eventually realized that the license for the plugin was set to our dev site, dev.laditum.com which we thought was probably causing this error. However, I was able to change the license to our current site “.laditum.com” under my account settings, and it didn’t fix anything. Is it possible for Search and Filter to help us make sure the license is properly changed to “.laditum.com” and to help us so we can update the plugin on our site? Thanks.
