Our site is currently running version 2.5.0, and we receive this message when attempting to update: “Update failed: download failed. Unauthorized”
We have a single site license that is active. I went to the license page for the plugin, as you suggested, but I am unable to deactivate the license. Each time I try, the page refreshes and shows that it is still active.
I also tried deactivating the plugin, and then reactivating, and when I reactivated it, the option to update no longer existed. I had to purge caches and sign out of the site and back in to see the update option again, which continues to fail every time I try updating it.
I split this from the other thread so we can deal directly with your issue. If you go to Your Account, is the site correctly registered there?
