    Hi I no longer us the search and filter plugin. I don’t want the licence to renew. Can I deactivate my licence so that the product will not automatically renew and I won’t be charged for next year? Does the licence renew automatically?

    We do not auto renew licences and we do not retain authority to bill your payment account. In fact, we never see your payment details, as that is all handled by our payment agent, Stripe. You will receive email reminders to renew, but just ignore them. The licence will simply lapse at that time. You need take no action.
