Hi, i am try to add a “View All” to the top of my Search & Filter.

I’d like for “View All” to be at the top of options.
Also, this website is in 3 languages, so will need to know how to implement with Polylang.

Be aware that Elementor do not recommend Polylang, but do recommend WPML, so you may have issues using Polylang. Other users have reported to us that they have had issues with this combination (not specifically with our form, but with Elementor in general).
The link you showed does have View All in the top field, but you want it as a general link? You would need to use Reset for this.
