    We would like to set up this search function:
    There are three categories “Region”, “Position”, “Department”, and there should only be a hit if only a specific selection from these categories the user has checked matches.

    Can you describe a search I should make to see this? Do you want o be able to select more than one term from the first field (Fachrichtung) for example, and do you want the form to return only posts that have ALL terms (==AND), or any ONE term (==OR), as this is affected by this setting in the individual field settings:
