Hello,
I just bought the plugin for wordpress and I had a bitter surprise.
It Does not work. I’ve been using categories and tags of the portfolio. When I put the values of research tells me “Could not find what you’re looking for.”
Not pleasant thing.

Where is the mistake?

I see your issue.

You are using the taxonomy “Portfolio Tags” to Search the Post Type “Products” – products does not have this taxonomy, so you will always get 0 results.

So, you either need to change your taxonomy field to use “Product Tags”

OR

Change your search form to search inside Portfolio Post Type.

You have see the wrong form…

I do not understand why you’ve looked at something that had nothing to do with the page indicated.
I deleted the other form to avoid further misunderstandings.
I renew my urgent request for help.
