We are using shortcode to display results and have for years. Suddenly the results are displaying, you can click the options to sort, but when attempting to reset search with “All Classes” the results grey out, freeze and don’t load. Please help! https://spiritweaversgathering.com/sun-skillshare
Hi Trevor, thanks for your quick response. Yes, we are using shortcode within WPBakery Page Builder and it’s been that way for years. But now suddenly is an issue when resetting. I also realized we just this week duplicated the install for a subdomain so we now technically have two sites using the license. Are either of those causing the issue?
(Just purchased a second license and the issue still exists. Also installed the WPBakery S&F plugin, but again, it was working for years– don’t necessarily want to change it up if we don’t have to as the formatting and everything is set. Thanks again!
Can you read this post, follow the advice, and see if this is the cause (assuming I haven’t previously asked you to do this)?
