Hello,
We would like to use the filter to sort eshop products, but we are using another page than the standard shop page for that (because of the template – we can customize it as we want).
But how can I make the filters work with this page if it is not set as shop page? (since I cannot use the setting Display method: Woocommerce shop). We are using the filters to sort posts with this custom setup: https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/3rd-party/post-grid/ but it does not work for products. I need some help.
Thank you!
Trevor(Private) May 5, 2020 at 12:30 pm #242652The Post Grid plugin will work with products, if you select them in our form, and not in the grid.
Are you able to send me a live link/URL to your search page so I can take a look?
What theme are you using, and do you have any other page builder plugins already stored, such as the ones listed in our 3rd Party Support documentation?
Anonymous(Private) May 5, 2020 at 5:45 pm #242722Oh, yes I use WPBakery and was not using the extension for it. I installed it and now it works. I am sorry for missing that.
I just have then a question about how to make it work in this case: I would like to have 2 categories with their subcategories displayed. When you choose more subcategories from one main category, the OR operator should be used. But the settings between the 2 main categories to have an AND operator. Ex: Countries (CZ, PL, RO) and Products (service 1, service 2, service 3). If I choose CZ and service 2 and service 3, to have displayed products that are in CZ AND in ( service 2 OR service 3). But for some reason I am missing something and cannot make it work.
I will send separately my settings and link. If I need to open a new topic for this, let me know and will do.
Thank you!
