I am having the same problem with my website.
The licence key is active if I look at my account on Search & Filter Pro.
However, when I go on the backend of my website, the licence won’t activate and I can’t see the update.
How can I activate the licence on my website?
Trevor(Private) May 4, 2020 at 8:22 am #242448I have split your reply to this thread to make a new thread:

This is just in case we need to send any private replies.
You don’t say whether you followed the advice there on deactivating the licence and then, a while later (to give our server time to clear its cache) reactivating it again?
What is the current version of the plugin that you are using?
Trevor(Private) May 5, 2020 at 6:50 am #242608Ah. That version is very old.
You will first need to make a full database backup and keep/save that safe should you need to restore it.
If you do not have a plugin that does this for you, there are many good, free plugins to do this for you on the WordPress plugin repository. If that is all you need to do (back the database up), I find this one is good:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/
You will also need this plugin (a good tool for any developer):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Then, go to Your Account and download the latest version (2.5.0) and save that on your local computer (as a zip file – do not extract it).
Then, go to your WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New (yes, NOT updates) and Upload the plugin from file.
