I’m looking to only show posts published within the last two weeks in my search query.

You would need to add a query argument (condition) using this filter:

https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/action-filter-reference/#edit-query-arguments

It takes the same arguments as the wp_query() function. Your code would need to calculate a date prior to the current data and then apply that as the condition.
