I’ve got a CPT (called Job) which has a custom post_status (called expired).

Now I want to filter posts based on the post_status but I’m running into two problems.

I’m the Elementor Posts display results method.

1. Even though I’ve selected publish and expired under the Posts > Post Status option I’m still only seeing published posts in my results.

2. I’ve created a Post Meta filter field (Choice > Dropdown) and set the meta key to post_status. The Options > Get Options > Automatically doesn’t show any of the post statuses on the front end. And even when I add the two entries manually both display (0) results.

I really new to this plugin so it’s most likely an user error 🙂

And just to be clear the filter form does work just fine with things like taxonomies.
