On this site, if you search for “9296”, you get a product that is doesn’t have 9296 at all in it.
    https://empius.com/products/?_sf_s=9296

But, if you search for “00-9296”, you get the product that it should have returned above:
    https://empius.com/products/?_sf_s=00-9296

I have relevanssi turned on and tried to get as open of settings as I can there, but no luck.

Interestingly, if I search for “9296” in the admin — it works just fine and shows the 00-9296 part number.

How can I get the website to work in the same way?

On Keyword Matching in Relevanssi, what do you have this set to? I would have it set to Whole words for your case, I think.

Partial words. Why would whole words be better?

BTW, I changed it to Whole words, and it didn’t have any change.

I am just confused why the admin search works, but not the frontend.

Also, I unchecked using Revelanssi in search and filter settings, and now nothing at all comes back.

Is this data term in the WooCommerce SKU field? Or a product title?

BTW, when using Relevanssi, does S&F use the Relevanssi index? Or, do I need to re-index inside S&F as well?
