    Hi guys,

    Just installed S&F Pro. Have created a test form and have included all posts and projects under General Settings. Have setup posts, taxonomies, tags etc and created a form with a few filtering options. I have included the form and the results on a page of my website using shortcode. I can see the form and filters including the correct counting next to them but can’t get the results to show.
    What I’d like to happen is to have a list of all posts, projects etc. on my page, unfiltered, when someone lands on the page. Then they can filter to narrow down the results.
    I’m using Divi page builder.

    You can only access my webiste using a host file. Please send me a private email and I’ll provide you with the host file info as well as wp admin login.

    Hey Sanaz

    Which method are you using to display your results?

    What you describe is the way S&F is supposed to work so should be no problems.

    The only thing is I’m not sure how the DIVI page builder works exactly, can you try on a default WP theme and see if your are getting problems there?

    Hi there,

    It seems your plugin doesn’t work with Divi theme so I’d like to cancel my purchase and get a refund. I tried on three different websites. Two of them have Divi theme and I can’t get the results to show. The one that doesn’t have Divi is showing the results no problem.

    Since you guys are really slow in providing support I do not want my 30 days of refund to be over while I’m waiting for you to look into this issue. So please process a refund.

    If you know Divi is not the issue then please let me know what I need to do soon as possible as I need to go live soon.

    S&F works with any theme, just on some themes you have to use different display methods.
