Hello,
I purchased Search and Filter Pro for a client and am transitioning the work back to them to manage. I would like to put the license in their name. How can I do this?
Additionally, they have been using the plugin on a sandbox site and are launching on Friday. The license is attached to the sandbox site URL. Is this going to be a problem when the URL changes to the live site? If so, how can we change it?
Thanks,
Theresa Ebert
You can change user details, in here:
https://searchandfilter.com/account/
You can change the user details (including the email address) and which site is activated.
You should also be able to deactivate a site from inside its WP Admin, in the Search & Filter -> License settings page. This may take a while to reflect in ‘Your Account’ page. When it is reflected, then activate on the live site.
One word of caution to note to the client. It is possible that they may have difficulties renewing the licence as the email address will have changed. They would need to contact us here on the General Forum if this happens.
