Hi,
I bought your plug 2 days ago, I need to ask you for a refund, since this is not what I’m expected, and I’m not gonna use it, this are the main reasons:
– No quick support
– Not able to make it work with ACF plugin
– No options to configurated how the searcher looks (styles, layout)
– Same for the result page
– Back-end hard to use, for instans I can’t change the “post meta” title to the fields, so If I create a search form with 5 post-meta fields, I’ve to open one by one to see with fields is.Please, I need a refund so I can but other plug that suits my needs
Thanks
Cristian
Ross Moderator(Private) August 20, 2015 at 3:48 pm #23488Hi Cristian
Just seen this as was replying to older tickets.
To defend those points you made!:
1) You can see at the top of this page I was on holiday, this notice is also next to the BUY button – so you know there is no quick support until I return.
2) It does work with ACF – I can guide you now I’m back
3) This is possible, I responded in the other ticket
4) Again, this is possible – you just need to read the docs
5) This is really a feature request (which is already being worked on)Let me know if you want me to help you get setup – it does everything that is advertised!
Best
RossAnonymous(Private) August 24, 2015 at 12:10 pm #23668The guys from Elegant Themes, (Im using DIVI TEMPLATE) had help me in no time to some of the questions above, I’m still wainting for your response on other thought…
Please check how it looks now:
http://alojamientoenlapampa.com/tristaryachts/?page_id=327
So from my questions above, this:
– The picture of the results are too big (it’s set max-width=100%) instead I need it to be smaller (33% I think is fine) in order to have 3 result per row.
– I need the results to be showed 3 on a row.Is done, please check the other question and help me.
Anonymous(Private) August 24, 2015 at 6:38 pm #23690Hi Ross,
Also I need a generic link to put it on each post so users can go back on search page and mantain the same search parameters they had choosen in the begining.
Pretty much what you said here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/link-back-on-search-pageThanks!
Cristian.

Just jumping on to say I’m seeing your messages and will be in touch shortly.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) August 24, 2015 at 6:59 pm #23698Thanks Ross,
Let me update so you don’t do extra work, this question:
– In each result, you will see, under the title, details for every result, right know this is just text on the php file:
22,9 mt | 8 Guests | 4 Cabins | 2009 Year
From 30.000 € + Expenses
This should be the custom fields I’ve created on ACF, like this:
[lenght-field] mt | [guest-field] Guests | [Cabin-field] Cabins | [year-field] Year
From [price-field] € + ExpensesIt’s already resolved too.
So right now Im waiting on you to:
– Make S&F Pro find ACF Custom Fields. (IMPORTANT!)
– The searcher has to be in 2 row, first row “YACHT NAME” search box, second row, the other 4 fields, and then in a third row the “restar button”.
– In the “YACHT TYPE” I need all 3 checkboxes to be checked from start.
– Link “back to result page”Thanks.
Ross Moderator(Private) August 25, 2015 at 11:34 am #23734Hey Cristian
Could you provide me with login details via email so I can investigate the ACF issue?
Thanks
