I see some issues that need to be addressed. The first one (I do not think is important) is that, on the search page you have repeated our form. However, the bigger issue is that you have used ‘Category’ more than once in the form (which you should not do), with each form filter to represent a different facet of the properties. Luckily, you have just a few test properties. I would suggest that you manually transfer these values to separate custom fields. The best way to do this would be to use custom fields, and for that I would recommend that you use a free plugin called Advanced Custom Fields.

Once you have edited the test properties (posts) to add/transfer the details to the custom fields, you can then add the fields to the form using the Post Meta forum UI objects. Note that, with ACF custom fields, do NOT select the meta key names starting with an underscore (_). Find instead the key name that does not have an underscore at the start of the name.

Lastly, I suspect that the Ajax container setting in the form will need changing. So, for now, switch Ajax OFF for testing. We can set this later when the filtering works.
