I installed the plugin from the WordPress plugin store. After adding the shortcode to the theme file, it’s not working. It’s not rendering any input or anything there.
Do I need to purchase the pro plan in order to use it or you provide some free lite plan as well?
We do not provide such a plan, sorry. The Pro version does come with support, but please note that it is a separate plugin, and not a pro addon, so it would need to be set up from scratch, using our documentation to guide you.
