    Hello, I have a post which is titled with a number: “9” When users try to look for it the form does no return anything. I have tried to create a post meta field which is numeric with a 9 but nothing happens. Any clue? THanks in advance.

    Generally, WordPress does not search for strings under either two or three characters long. To do so would place a massive load on the server.

    Ok, and is it possible to allow searches for specific numeric strings? Thanks

    Install the free Relevanssi plugin andhave a look at the settings in that. We have two integration options for this plugin:
