    When W3TotalCache is deactivated, the error does not appear. I have seen this error before. It is the new minifier code in the latest version of W3TC. It now removes critical HTML and so stops code from various plugins from working.

    If you are using that W3TC plugin, try a different one, like Breeze, which is very good (I use it).

    Compare the form HTML. NO W3TC:

    See how it strips out any setting with a value of 0?

    thank you very much for your kind and detailed response!

    Following your hint, I’ve disabled the W3TC Minify for HTML and now it works again.
