Problem with Populating blank posts - Search & Filter Support

Hello,
I have the plugin up and running and posts added to my directory page with 50+ listings, however, no matter what I do I cannot remove the 3-5 blank posts that were created somehow. They are not actual posts that were created on my end, but the plugin populates these. Help!
