    I just typed in the URL and saved it. The URL appears to remain OK?

    Did you type it in or paste it in? What browser are you using. Everytime I paste the url in it encodes it. Then strips the encoding away.

    So copying only the Cyrillic portion of the URL pasted in correctly. I hand-typed the remainder of the URL and it all worked out.

    Copying and pasting unusual characters often copies character encoding, hence the issue. Yes, I typed most of it, copied the cyrillic bit into notepad and copied and pasted from there (notepad strips out the encoding).

    I will mark this as resolved for now.
