Hi,
I want to remove query string from url i.e. https://tblive.wtw.agency/why-go-vegan/?_sft_vegan_categories=animals+environment
to SEO friendly like below:
https://tblive.wtw.agency/why-go-vegan/_sft_vegan_categories/animals+environment
Is this possible.????
I am sorry, your ticket came in whilst we are closed, and I am working my way through the tickets in oldest last touched order.
If you are using the Post Type Archive display results method, you can use the Template Options -> Enable filtering on Taxonomy Archives? setting.
As long as the taxonomy in question is also in the form (even if hidden from display), and you have also selected the Detect defaults from current page -> Choose which kinds of pages S&F will try to do this on -> Tag, Category & Taxonomy Archives the plugin can do what you want.
In general, our plugin uses the URL query to pass the filter values to the results code, and so it cannot be fully removed.
You can prevent Google from indexing pages with the search string on by using a more general function in WordPress (ask me if you need this).
Pretty Permalink URLs are planned for V3 (I do not have an ETA for this) of our plugin.
