    What do you need to change? The appearance (style) or layout? Maybe you could make an annotated screenshot of the changes you need and then give me a link to that image (images cannot be uploaded to this forum, so must be hosted on an external sharing site).

    To change the HTML and the classes used for the structure of the form is not possible with the current version. V3 (due in a few months) will allow this.
