So I searched the support forum first, and saw lots of negative information, but hope you can either provide new information, or point me in a different direction. I have a set of 7 ACF repeater fields, each of which has two sub-fields in it. I bought the Pro version of the Search and Filter plugin because it said it would allow me to search ACF fields.
As I was working today, however, I came across support posts that seemed to say that it won’t work with Repeater Sub-Fields. Is that still true? Are there any customizations or workarounds that you can suggest?
Many thanks,
Christopher
We only support simple fields in ACF. We added support for relationship fields, but only to bring in the ID and label from the relationship. It is unlikely we would support repeater fields, as they have the capacity to be infinitely nested, and have a variable number of fields.
I cannot think of any way around this, sorry.
