    Did you try this without our plugin on the page (or deactivated)?

    I hadn’t tried that. I just did and the modal still isn’t working. So I apologize for the false alarm, I guess I need to either figure out why the modal plugin isn’t working or try a different one.

    Probably the javascript file of the modal script needs to be enqueued later, or better still in the footer?
