    Hi Support,

    I have created a custom post type course. The courses can be viewed on an archive page with multiple filters. Categories, current & past tags and a search filter. http://drift-test.friendsagency.com/courses

    Unfortunately there are no results visible on the archive pages on the courses page. I’m not sure what seems to go wrong here. I added the search and filter plugin on mutiple pages. For example here, the results are working well on this page http://drift-test.friendsagency.com/projects

    Can I get som help in fixing this issue.

    I can see that the forms use different Display Results methods. Is this possibly the cause? One uses ‘As an Archive’, the other uses ‘Post Type Archive’.

    Which theme PHP template file does the courses page use?

    Hi, before we go further, you need to update manually (your version is too old to be able to update in the normal way to v2.4.6):

    Download the latest version from Your Account. Then,

    1. In WP Admin -> Plugins deactivate Search & Filter Pro, then delete it. If the plugin will not deactivate and/or delete, you may have to use ftp to delete the search-filter-pro in from the plugins folder.
    2. Then in WP Admin, Add new plugin, upload v2.4.6 and install/activate.

    None of your data/forms should be lost. But, to be safe, PLEASE MAKE A DATABASE BACKUP FIRST.

    Hi Trevor,

    I would like to thank you for the help. I have managed to solve the issue. Seems that our ex co-worker added a function to functions.php that broke Search And Filter Pro.
