Hi,
I have a website with a catalog for dresses (https://bridetobride.com.mx/quiero-comprar) everything seems to work fine with the pluggin except when it gets filtered by “talla actual” for some reason i get this url https://bridetobride.com.mx/talla-actual/%5B%5Bterm%5D%5D <—- I see that it has [[term]], in all the other filters it works fine. What should I do?
Thank You!
Trevor(Private) January 17, 2019 at 2:23 pm #199229I can see that you are using the Post Type Archives (Archivo del tipo de contenido) display method, and you have enabled the ‘Enable filtering on Taxonomy Archives’ setting.
Each taxonomy in the form (marca, color and talla-actual) should be setup in WordPress to have a taxonomy archives page, otherwise the ‘Enable filtering on Taxonomy Archives’ setting will break.
Can you test what happens if you disable this setting?
If it then works, you must find how whoever made these taxonomies created them, and see if you can enable the archives option for that taxonomy.
Anonymous(Private) January 17, 2019 at 8:51 pm #199277Hi, If I disable this setting it works, however the way the resoults get shown are messy, for that reason I decided to change it…
Maybe if you can give me a way that the resoults can come out with a different format or a different solution to this problem…The taxonomies were created using the toolset pluggin and I actualy made a test where I copied one of the ones that do work and just changed the name, and still doesn´t work.
